I have had a lot of trouble with an engagement ring that I bought for my fiancé. We have been going back-and-forth with Kay jewelers in Chapel Hill and Kay jewelers outlet in aurora farms. Nobody has seem to be able to fix our solution as of yet. I am supposed to get a call back tomorrow.

No answer, I returned a piece that I had on the leasing program and after the piece was returned the following Friday the payment still came out of my bank account and caused a 32.00 overdraft fee as well

Kat was very helpful and the service was wonderful. I had a problem with warranty and Kat helped resolve the issue. Great customer service and would shop there again due to her.
