Kay Jewelers - Worst store ever

Took my ring on April 11th and on June 18th called me to tell me the ring had never been sent out to be fixed. But if i would come and pay in advance they would send it out now. I have talk to them 2or 3 times since I had left it with them and not once did they tell me I needed to pay beforehand. Nearly 3 months and nothing had been done. Why would I trust them now.

Kay Jewelers - The charge card is a rip off interest rate.

I noticed on my bill seprate interest rate on each purchase item. Interest rate was more than double. If you buy anything on interest free don't buy nothing else payment goes toward other item and not interest free. It's a joke
