Horrible customer service can’t get right ring even though it’s ordered online and they gave me the wrong size

Horrible customer service cant get right ring even though its ordered online and they gave me the wrong size.Then try to get it fixed or exchanged. and they say it Has to be out for another four weeks when my wedding is almost here theres no time just because they sent me the wrong one. How Is there nothing they can do when theyre the ones that messed up theyre not even trying to fix it. I was on the phone with four different people and they said theres nothing they can do but get it stretched and it would take three weeks. Will never go there again in going to end up returning the band..

Worst place ever I will never buy anything from them again

Worst place ever I will never buy anything from them again. First off had insurance on my ring had to get it sent in when I got it back it was all scratched up. Then tried to order my matching band from them I ordered it online have the receipt supposed to be a size 8 and they gave me a seven then they tried to charge me for it for their mistake to get it resized would not recommend going there ever *** ringsAnd called customer service talk to someone and they told me after I asked them to speak to a manager that she could get him on the phone with them 2 to 4 business days I shouldnt have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks because of their mistake

Jewelry and return issues

My kids bought me a bracelet after my middle son passed away. He was a military medic. I have only worn the bracelet 3 times since 2018 on special occasions that has to do with my son or celebrations of his life. Each time I wear it the bracelets breaks apart and I have to take it back to get it fixed. It should not be this way. I would've to wear it all the time bit can not bc it's not worth the money my kids paid for it. It has my sons birthstones and diamonds. Like a tennis bracelet I would say. Unfortunately their answer is just bring it back and we will fix it. I will not recommend anyone to shop at Kay's their customer service for customer satisfaction is terrible go somewhere else

Jewelry repair

My bracelet still not fixing. My husband and I both have done back to store to check on this repair. Nobody seems to know anything about status. They have my jewelry, it needs to be fixing.

User's recommendation: Be aware of hype about giving Kay's extra money for supposed lifetime warranty product.

Jewelry repair

My 5 ct bracelett broke and Tyler tx location is taking long time to find a replacement. They claim it is not repairable. I have a lifetime warranty on all my jewelry.

I bought the ring less than 6 months then lost one small Diamon I bring to store with no receipt no date not name of person who bought because I got it for my gift they said they can fix it but I have to pay money. Low quality because I used it only less than 6 months

Very emotionally damaged

I had a very special sentimental ring that Kay Jewelers was responsible for fixing due to their unprofessional work. When I received my ring back from them , they made the band very thin also they cracked the mount which my ring was platinum and they put GOLD on the places where they fixed the mount. I was told they could not do anything for me because they didnt sell platinum any longer. I was forced to pick out another ring in place of my special platinum sentimental ring. They kept my ring and I left unhappy with a ring Im not happy with, also my memories have been stolen from me. still cry to this day. Someone with

Wrong ring size

Kay Jewelers - Wrong ring size
Bought an engagement ring after months of planning and spending it was time to propose. Well I propose and the ring did not fit worse proposal ever went to Kays they sent me a size 4 ring not a size 7 like it was suppose to be do it ruined the wholr proposal

To contact the corporate office about these ridiculous finance charges.

I am a loyal customer and have been for years, however, I feel the finance charges are absolutely ridiculous. The Jewelry is satisfactory and the staff is nice and friendly but I feel as if I was manipulated by the staff.

I was told if I pay the account off faster the finance charges would be less and I just reviewed my past payments and realized the charges are outrageous! Please review my account and see if there is any way this can be resolved.

I pay EXTRA on my account every month but the balance isnt going down as much as I expected. I spoke with the ppl at the cominity bank and they said with the high purchase I should have been offered a promotion deal. However, I was told that if I paid it off early there wouldnt be any finance charges or very minimum depending on the time frame. 27% is too much! Please help.
