I was accused of late payments that I have proof of payment. This company is making false reports on individuals without checking to see if funds was collected. So now my credit is damaged.

My banking institutions is refunding the uncashed checks that was mailed to them. I NEED HELP WITH REMOVING THIS FROM MY CREDIT REPORT

I received a bracelet for Christmas. Wore it 3 times and 2 tiny diamonds have already fallen out. I am only 14 days out of the 6 month diamond guarantee. I have to pay for the repair. This bracelet has hundreds of teeny tiny diamonds which will constantly fall out. It was a gift I just want an exchange so I have a nice gift from my mom. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. How are you still in business?

That all businesses man. Your situation sucks and I’m sorry.

But this whole “make and exception for me” mentality that an extremely large portion of the American society has is pure bull.

30 days to return is pretty standard. 60 to exchange is actually pretty good.

Lost one diamond earring and wife is heartbroken

We would like to buy 1 earring since we lost 1. But we can only buy a set. We are asking if we can buy 1.

You can trade in one earring towards a pair. Basically let’s say you spent $1000 on the earrings you’d get $500 towards an $1000 pair. You have to double but at least you don’t lose the value.

An error was made by Genesis Card Services showed evidence not resolved.

My bank changed hands from Suntrust to Truist in March 2022. My payments came back to me via Sterling Jewelers and was resubmitted as requested and paid. Genesis kept calling me saying I missed the months payment. Due to Genesis you canceled my card for non payment. My credit score dropped 60 points because of it through no fault of my own. I recently sent my Sterling deposited checks that have been stamped as deposited by Sterling. I got copies from my bank and faxed the proof to Genesis. Has not been resolved yet. Again I have 100% proof I paid my bill.

Customer service

I worked for the customer service dept at the home office. I retired because the managers, directors and Vice Presidents in the customer care department were unprofessional and didnt listen to the staff when they made suggestions. I was sexually harassed and when I reported it, the director never reported it to the VP or Human Resources. The customer serv dept didnt promote.from within even when someone had excellent reviews. I understand that customer serv is now outsourced and worse than it was before.

Unbelievably bad service and staff was doing reprehensible things

While I was getting my rings cleaned at the Asheville outlets in NC I overheard what I presume to be the Assistant Manager be very rude to a customer who's ring they lost. Their district manager was intimidating the staff and created a very uncomfortable environment in the store for everyone. I also heard them trash talking an old assistant manager from a different store who was let go after her sister died while browsing. It was an absolutely horrible experience being in that store. I hope that district manager gets fired immediately and their staff gets sensitivity training. Outside of severe quality issues with their products this has completely turned me off from any of their other brands (Jared, sales, James Allen, etc.). What an unethical company. I will never wear or buy from Kay's again.

Hello I placed an order tonight for my fiancé for Valentines Day. It slipped my mind that I got an email text about a $25 off discount that I could use. I was wanting to get that credited towards my order since it qualified for over the $99 order as it stated.
