New ReviewerWe had our ring inspected and cleaned on November 22, 2020. My husband has a tungsten wedding band with diamonds.
They told us that his prongs needed to be repaired due to the prongs being bent. They told us that the ring would have to go to Las Vegas for the repair, and we would get email updates. We didn't get our first notification of it even being sent out until November 25. Our promise date was December 9, 2020.
Today it is December 13th with NO communication as to where his wedding band is or the fact that it can not be repaired due to it being tungsten, and that it's going to have to go to the vendor for replacement.
The ring was purchased at Jared's in Loveland Colorado, and we were told that Kay's would take care of our warranties and inspections. I am beyond disappointed and appalled by the lack of quality of service and knowledge by the store, and its so-called representatives.
We will be thinking twice if we decide to purchase any other jewelry from this location. The management and sales staff do not have customer care in their best interest.
User's recommendation: Do not do business with this store.
