Called the (so called) customer service for some help finding out why my order has not been received.I placed the order and paid for it on my bank card although I put my wifes name on the order.

She has stage 4 breast cancer but they insisted in talking to her and only her. I told them that the drugs they have her on make her incoherent and as I paid for the goods it would be ok to talk to me. They refused, they even refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

Well, I will never buy from Kays again.I am even considering cancelling the order and buying at one of there competitors

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $112.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.

This is common for EVERY corporate business. it sucks about the cancer, but the person whose name is on file is the only one who can be worked with, Jewelrey, cars, etc. too many scammers out there
