I went to kays today to return a neclace and a charm i didnt have a receipt for the charm the girl Amanda told me they couldnt look online to find it so she said nothing coukd be done while there another lady working told me call customer service i did they gave her my receipt number and i got my refund when Amanda told me NO i was also purchasing another necklace but with Amanda being very rude i told them i now dont want it because of Amanda being so rude so she lost kays a sale i will never purchase anything from kays with her working there she was also rude to my son in law he went prior to xmas bought earings and she gave him a hard time cause he ask for a box she needs to be trained in customer service
