I had an experience with the some very nice diamond tennis bracelet's valued over 6k and the Manager Ann. I had taken ill for a long period of time and could not get my 6 month inspections and missed 2 and the manager was not nice.
I called customer service and sent in letters to show my illness and they explained send the items in to see if and the cost of repair, so I did and the total of 2 chipped diamonds was approx.. $900.00. The customer service honored my warranty and repaired the bracelets at NO CHARGE but the manger was just so rude its sad. I love KAY 's but one individual can ruin the reputation of a store.
I am so grateful for the customer service but the manager needs training!!!!
I will continue to go to KAY's ONLY because of the customer service rp I go on the days that ANN is off. so sad
