Received a call from the customer service specialist. That was a joke, she told me they are still looking for a replacement diamond and could not offer a time line for me.

I took it upon myself to call other Kay's around my area and acted like I was interested in purchasing a diamond.

Told the sales lady what I was looking for and she says they have many stones in store that size. Called back and left a message to customer specialist and have not heard anything back.

Needed a simple solder repair to my wedding set. While in repair Kays chipped my diamond.

They then replaced it with a smaller diamond. They have the same diamond in store but want me to pay $1000 dollars to upgrade. Its the same diamond!!!!!! Why should I pay to replace your mistake.

7 weeks later I am still without my ring. Customer care is a joke. All they keep saying is they dont have one that is comparable to the one i had. Well if that's the problem give me the stone that is sitting in the store!!!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Their lawsuits prove they cannot be trusted!!

Disgusting! If they damage your diamond and they can't give you equal size they should legally have to go up, not down. They probably replaced it with a fake stone.
