My diamond ring fell out with the molding after only few months. The store manager said it looked suspicious, like if we had taken it out.
I tried to call district manager, was given the wrong number twice. The ring was under warranty and they have promised to replace it within 6 weeks. When I called customer service to see if it s going to be replaced, they informed me that they will need to do an evaluation first. They said they would not know if it will be replaced.
I am still shocked and there is nobody we can speak to. The store manager laughs at us and walks away the minute we enter the store.
I have never seen this kind of service in my life. Terrible experience...
