DO NOT BUY RINGS AT KAY JEWELERS
My diamond ring fell out with the molding after only few months.The store manager said it looked suspicious, like if we had taken it out.
I tried to call district manager, was given the wrong number twice. The ring was under warranty and they have promised to replace it within 6 weeks. When I called customer service to see if it s going to be replaced, they informed me that they will need to do an evaluation first. They said they would not know if it will be replaced.
I am still shocked and there is nobody we can speak to. The store manager laughs at us and walks away the minute we enter the store.
I have never seen this kind of service in my life.Terrible experience...
