Kay Jewelers - Did poor customer service
On Aug.4 I took my Diamond ring in to be fixed it needed the prongs fix and the shank of the ring was cracked.I got the ring back on Aug 18,2011 It still had the shank cracked it stated on the repair slip to fix it too.
When I went back in to show them that they hadn,t fix they told me they would put rush order on it which it took two weeeks to come back 9/2/2011 is when I got it . The employee was very rude and didn,t do anything to help or to ofter to satified me for my toubles of the problem I had.
I have spend several thousand of dollars in this store the ring alone is valued at over 8000.00.I will never buy another thing at KAY JEWELY!
