The kay store at st.louis gallaria shopping mall. The manager sent a watch of to get fixed .He stated he recieved a letter from the repare department stating .

They can not fix the watch . The next step was to give the customers a new watch under warranty . Manager stated to take it back to branson where i bought it and let them be responsible for the bill . Because he doesnt want his store to pay for it .

He was very unprofessional and rude.

All kay are suppouse to be world wide and should be able to help out with any warranty or problems . Not travel out your way miles to go back to where you bought it .
