I was calling because i had a order on the 9th that was.due for pick up on the 22th of dec i have not heard from them since the 9th. when i go to check on it today the 22th. They (Kays in River City) said they could not find me in there system. So they find me then tell me my order will be ready well after christmas?? No date then he says sorry. Can i help next in line. Why am i paying thousands of dollars in your store and being treat like trash when you can sell me something. So i call yours service and that is when she said please hold i will try and find a date for you then the line is dead This has gone to far. Good bye

Kay Jewelers - Treated as invisible
I am a loyal Kay’s customer. A credit card holder with the company. I walked into the Southaven, MS store and nobody greeted me. I waited on the employees to assist others while looking at jewelry. After they finished transactions, still no one said anything to me. Later, my mother walked in and they greeted her and were ready to help her and she wasn’t even at the store to buy anything. Disgusted with the service, I left without purchasing the Christmas gift I came to by. I am very disappointed with them.
Kay Jewelers - Used at Christmas Time
I purchased items for my daughters for Christmas and noticed they charged me twice. When I contacted them , because they sure didn’t let me know about the situation, Emily told me if you use a PC and Or An Apple Product there is a glitch that will double charge you and they are aware of it. Meanwhile I’m out of extra spending money due to their technical issues. Still can’t get in contact with treasury department as a guest customer.
