Kay Jewelers... This is the third time that as a "valued" customer I went into your store and the product wasn't available.
The last time I waited until after my wife's birthday to cancel the order, this time I refuse to believe your adds and will post my complaints about how you do this every add cycle.
I have spent hundreds of dollars in your stores in the past..how could you do this to someone you tag as "valued"? You epitimize the horrible take advantage of the customer relationships that we were warned of in consumer's ed.
