purchased a ring on 5/10/08 put down $300.00 via check. On 5/11/08 returned the check and was told refunds will be sent 7 to 10 days. It is now 6/13/08 refund havent been received as of yet. Called
automated system stated check was mailed on 5/27/08 it does not take that long for the
mail to be delivered from Ohio to Florida. Each time you call the
customer service rep tries to give you a unacceptable reason why you havent received the refund. Not only that you are transferred
several times to be disconnected.
