A precious gift from my wife treated as if it was purchased from the Dollor Store. The Kay Jewelers in Berkshire Mall (Wyomissing,PA) turned a simple battery change of my boluva watch into a instant disaster. As the masacur began an employee makes the switch of batteries and in attempting to place the back on my watch securely on brakes the bit where your watch is placed in between to snap the peice back in place. Which immediatley I realize that they have no idea what they are doing, but 30 min. later it is finnaly on. When i reach in my pocket to pay for the battery I am then told that there is no fee due to the delay. Which brings to my attention the second red flag. Two hours later of course the watch does not work at all and now the hands are crashing into one another. The first move I then make is to return to the store and state the problem and demand the repair to be taken care of. After heated conversation of it is not there problem something else must of happen to the watch. Finnally the paper work to have it sent away and repaired is taken care of. Problem resolved not even close. That was on June 22, 2009 and through repeated phone calls from Kay Jewelers that they need money from me for the repair of a watch that they have broke I still have not got my watch back. I never shop in that mall ever, ever again.
