My Husband had bought my Engagement ring here 7 years ago so i rang up to see if they could help from start to finish the service was excellent and they kept my mam informed she posted it down and was a quick service only less then 2 weeks and the ring looks amazing. Super product, I just love it and i... Read more

I had a very bad experience with Kay jewellery store in North Conway. The assistant manager refused to help us to fix a ring that I purchased and I didn't realize that it hurts due to bad finish on the back. He was very impolite, bad attitude and not professional at all. In any case, the total and absolute absence of giving a solution or any help that I makes me NEVER shop with Kay's ever again. I would like to advice the manager from the store... Read more

Will make up any excuse to void your warranty on your jewelry. Not my fault the sapphire keeps falling out because you make *** jewelry.

Took my great grandmother's ring in for re-tipping prongs and re-sizing. Got back crappy, sloppy workmanship and arguments from rude manager. They refused to refund my money. I had the proper work done at a small, local jeweler. Had to file a complaint with BBB and respond to Signet 's falsehoods several times ( I had other jeweler map out all the awful work done by Kay's). It took a good amount of time but I got my money back. I will NEVER... Read more

Go somewhere else. Please. I don't want anyone else to deal with this. We bought a diamond for my great grandmothers engagment setting. Good quality, appraised higher than what we payed (with the GIA documentation). You can get that anywhere though... The bad review is because of 3 things: 1. They don't do any work in the shop. They send it to Jared. Why not just go there? They never had any info on my rings, they had to call over to... Read more

On July 3, 2016 my husband purchased an EVER US ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were asked if we would like it engraved and we said yes. We told the saleswoman (Lisa) what we wanted. We paid for the ring and our receipt shows sales completed. Nothing owed. When we went back today to pick up the ring we were told that we had a$49.00 balance. We showed them the receipt showing no balance due. We were told that it was for the engraving... Read more

How a company can get away with forcing someone to purchase in order to keep an account open is beyond me.... A $0 balance is not a reason to close an account. A credit ding without any notification of the account being closed is unacceptable and just plain insane from a retailer. Claiming it's the law doesn't make it right (even when it's not really the law as much as your own *** policy). Communication is the key to customer service, and... Read more

My boyfriend surprised me and bought me the perfect necklace, or so I thought! I got it in the mail and was so surprised and excited! I went to take the necklace off of the black velvet piece and the chain broke in half. I was devastated. I called the customer service number and they told me that they couldn’t do anything for me that they had to speak to the person who bought it. I explained to her the reason he bought it online was because he... Read more

I entered Kay Jewelers December 27th, 2015 with my fiancée. We requested to open an account together in order to purchase an engagement ring. The salesman who served us said we were approved for an $8,000 credit limit (it is actually $6,000) and that we were both on the account. We had both received an alert from Credit Karma saying our credit had been run. The salesman also told us that if we returned every six months (June and December) for... Read more
